Nathaly Ellen Celia is a self-taught contemporary artist based in Wales, United Kingdom. Best known for her vibrant contemporary abstract expressionist paintings, her diverse practice also embraces Pop Art, contemporary abstraction and geometric abstraction with Cubist influences. Working predominantly in acrylics, she creates original works that explore colour, emotion and perception through a distinctive visual language shaped by intuition rather than convention.

Living with ocular albinism has profoundly influenced Nathaly’s relationship with colour and light. The way she experiences the visual world has become an integral part of her artistic practice, inspiring compositions that celebrate imagination, curiosity and the limitless possibilities of seeing differently.

Rather than beginning with a predetermined subject, Nathaly allows intuition, movement and emotion to guide the creative process. While each collection has its own distinctive visual language, colour remains at the heart of every painting, inviting viewers to form their own personal interpretations.

Since dedicating herself fully to painting in 2021, Nathaly has created imaginative original works, exhibited internationally through an online exhibition in Manhattan, and her paintings are now held in private collections.
